The age that we live in is one where "stability" is a misnomer. The state of being stable is equivalent with "no movement". No movement is next to impossible. What it needs then is to appreciate yourself as being in a state of continuous flux trying to identify a path. Ability to find a path depends on competence and skills to "Fundamentally Rethink" the future.
